WickHunter Secrets is operated by WickHunter Secrets Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, purchasing our services or participating in the WickHunter Secrets mentorship, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not purchase, access or use our services.

2. About WickHunter Secrets

WickHunter Secrets Limited provides educational services relating to financial markets, trading concepts, market analysis, trading psychology and risk management.

All content, mentorship, training, discussions and materials provided by WickHunter Secrets are for educational and informational purposes only.

WickHunter Secrets is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker or portfolio manager. Nothing provided through our website, mentorship, community or educational materials constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing or accessing our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. WickHunter Secrets Limited reserves the right to accept or decline an application at its discretion.

4. Mentorship & Services

The WickHunter Secrets mentorship provides access to trading education, educational resources, community support and group learning sessions as described at the time of purchase.

The mentorship is an educational service. We do not provide trade signals, managed trading accounts or guarantees regarding trading performance, profitability, funding or financial outcomes.

The structure, schedule, content and delivery of the mentorship may be updated where reasonably necessary to improve or maintain the service. Any such changes will not materially reduce the core educational service purchased by you.

Access to the mentorship is personal to the individual who purchased it and must not be transferred, shared, resold or provided to another person without our prior written permission.

5. Fees & Payment

The price payable for the WickHunter Secrets mentorship will be the price presented and agreed at the time of purchase.

Where a payment plan is agreed, you are responsible for making each instalment in full by the agreed payment date. A payment plan is a method of paying the total agreed price and does not constitute a monthly subscription.

Failure to make an agreed payment may result in suspension of access to the mentorship, community and educational materials until the outstanding amount has been paid.

All fees and payment obligations are subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable rights you may have under consumer law.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Your rights to cancel the mentorship and request a refund are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Where you request that digital content, educational materials or mentorship services begin during any applicable cancellation period, your cancellation rights may be affected once supply or performance has begun, where permitted by law and where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

7. Trading Risk

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of the capital you choose to risk.

Past performance, examples, demonstrations or educational scenarios do not guarantee future results. No representation or guarantee is made that you will achieve profits, avoid losses or achieve any particular trading result.

You are solely responsible for determining whether trading is appropriate for your personal circumstances and for all decisions made on your own trading accounts.

8. No Financial Advice

All information provided by WickHunter Secrets Limited is general educational information and is not personalised financial or investment advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, videos, recordings, documents, graphics, written content, frameworks and other materials provided through WickHunter Secrets are owned by or licensed to WickHunter Secrets Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the materials solely for your own education.

10. Community Conduct & Access

Members are expected to behave respectfully and professionally when using WickHunter Secrets community spaces, group sessions and communication channels.

Harassment, abusive behaviour, deliberate disruption, impersonation, unauthorised promotion, fraudulent activity or conduct that materially affects the experience or safety of other members will not be tolerated.

WickHunter Secrets Limited reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access where a member materially breaches these Terms, applicable community rules or the rights of other members.

Where appropriate, we may provide a warning or reasonable opportunity to remedy a breach before access is terminated. Serious misconduct, fraudulent activity or deliberate misuse may result in immediate action.

11. Suspension & Termination

WickHunter Secrets Limited may suspend or terminate your access to the mentorship, community or educational materials if you materially breach these Terms & Conditions.

This may include non-payment of agreed fees, unauthorised sharing of educational materials, misuse of your account, fraudulent activity or serious breaches of our community rules.

Suspension or termination does not automatically remove any payment obligations that arose before access was suspended or terminated, subject always to applicable consumer law and your statutory rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WickHunter Secrets Limited will not be responsible for trading losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or other financial losses resulting from trading decisions made by you.

You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made independently by you and that participation in the mentorship does not transfer responsibility for those decisions or their outcomes to WickHunter Secrets Limited.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights available to you that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

13. Availability of Services

We aim to keep the WickHunter Secrets website, community and educational services available and operating reliably. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, third-party platform outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we will take appropriate steps to restore access and minimise disruption to the services.
